Compared with stress-elongation characteristics between spandex and POE, we recommend similar draft rates as spandex.
The draft rate of POE is corresponding to different thickness of covering yarn and the denier of POE and could be adjusted with limited range to achieve desired elasticity of customer. To improve flexibility, use coarser POE, use higher draft rate, set higher pre-treatment temperature, and reduce weft tension during dyeing & finishing process as much as possible.
