POE® based elastic fabrics achieve perfect performance by selecting the most suitable setting temperature for the main yarn/fiber.
A widly setting temperature range to meet:
-PE containing polyethylene fiber fabric set below 100 ℃
-PLA containing polylactic acid fiber fabric set at temperatures below 120 ℃
-PP polypropylene fiber fabric set below 130 ℃
-The anti yellowing performance of fabrics containing nylon, wool, protein fiber, silk and other materials needs to be set below 160℃ to achieve anti-yellowish performance
-The yarn-dyed fabrics, especially "dark - bright" contrasting fabrics, setting below 160℃ to ensure the fabric, anti-yellowish, anti-grayish, etc
-Suitable for biobased fibers, recycled fibers, and other lower temperature resistant main fiber fabrics to achieve low-temperature setting requirements.
